Yah! Your player's are done! Now all we need are the results from how they did.
IMPORTANT ** Once you enter in any totals please let us know (email/chat). We will then start the process of sending out the emails to collect the pledges and also send reminders.
THIS EXAMPLE WORKS FOR ALL EVENTS - if you held a different event the steps are the same just look for "Kick", "Lap"... and so on instead of "Shot".
:: Adding Shot Totals ::
STEP 1. Login into the Portal and click on your Zone (organization name).
STEP 2. Click "Manage"
STEP 3. Click "Shot Totals"
To find only the players that have pledges aka the ones you need to enter go to the search bar at the top.
Uncheck "Entered" and "No Pledges" and then click "Search"
ONLY players with pledges will be shown.
STEP 4. Click on the player's name and enter in the shot total. Click "Save"
STEP 5. Complete for all of your players.
Multiple Teams:
You can enter in shot totals for just one team by clicking on the team name and then clicking "Shot Totals"
or in the Search bar for the entire organization type in the team name. It will then just show the players on that team. You can then delete the team name and type in the next team.
