Sometime donors send in their gift as a cash or check contribution. We want that to go against a player's page so that their goal bar goes up.
:: Adding Cash/Check Donation ::
STEP 1. Login to the Portal and click on your Zone (organization).
STEP 2. Click on Player's name (single team) or click on the Team and then Player's name (multiple teams)
STEP 3. Click on Donations
STEP 4. Click "+ Add Cash" button on the right side.
STEP 5: Enter the donation information. Amount, who it is from, comment. If there is no one listed the donation will show up on the player's page as anonymous.
STEP 6: Click Save. It is added!
:: Cash/Check donation is honoring a pledge ::
If the donation that has been added has a corresponding pledge listed please click on the pledge and delete it.
If the pledge is not deleted the donor will start to get emails about honoring the pledge even though they have already paid.
