We have made getting your parents started raising funds super easy!
Over the years we have found that if the messages about the fundraiser come from you then the parents get on board much quicker :)
:: How to find the Message to send out to the Parents ::
Please login to the Portal and click on your Zone (organization).
Not Launched:
If you have not clicked on the Launch button (found at the bottom of your player/team list) click here to step you through Launching the fundraiser (essentially a couple final setup bits before sharing). It is quick and we can get you the message once complete.
Already Launched:
If you have clicked all the way through the Launch and you are coming back to get your share message.
STEP 2: Click Manage
STEP 3: Click on Launch and Share
STEP 4: Click on Share
StTEP 5: Scroll down and click on the Copy Message Button.
STEP 6: Open up your text message or email or team chat and paste the message in. Send it out to your parents!
The message that you copy is the same one that is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Before you send feel free to add text on what you are raising funds for or any other updates about the fundraiser.
When the parents receive the message they will click on the link provided and choose their player's name. If they scroll down they will see example email/text messages custom to their player that they can copy and send out to their friends and family members. This is how they can easily start sharing to collect donations/pledges.
